Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Red Lake County, Minnesota. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
