Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing The role involves apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio.
