Crane rigger wanted in Kimball County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Kimball County, Nebraska. The role involves calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
