Steward • Etim Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Etim Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
