Confectioner — Chesterfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Chesterfield County, Virginia. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking.
