Prep cook — Ford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Ford County, Kansas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
