Dough maker — Ekiti South-West

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Ekiti South-West, Ekiti State. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
