Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Calhoun County, South Carolina. Requirements: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills Day to day you will balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
