Site safety steward — Cass County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site safety steward in Cass County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces 3+ years on the tools preferred.
