Great opportunity: foundry labourer (North Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Logan County, North Dakota. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. You will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling We offer $27 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
