Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Panola County, Mississippi. You will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Requirements: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
