System formwork carpenter wanted in Tazewell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Tazewell County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
