Now hiring: we are hiring a banquet server in Dakota County, Nebraska. The job is at a beach resort. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
