Air conditioning service engineer • Steuben County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Steuben County, New York. The job is on new-build apartment projects. Day-to-day duties: • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests 1+ years on the tools preferred.
