Urgent requirement: restoration bricklayer (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Charlton County, Georgia. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. What we are looking for: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Day to day you will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb.
