On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
