Join our team: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The job is at a car service centre. What we are looking for: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer On the job you will handle: • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine 2+ years on the tools preferred.
