Gantry crane operator wanted in Dawson County

Join our team: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Dawson County, Montana. You will work on a busy construction site. You will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; read and interpret the load chart before every lift. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
