On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
