Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Ohaji/Egbema, Imo State. Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On the job you will handle: • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut Part-time with flexible hours.
