Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
