Great opportunity: PVC profile cutter (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Hidalgo County, Texas. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. On a typical shift you will fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame. Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
