Line cook • Caldwell County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Caldwell County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Six days a week, one day off.
