Now hiring: we are hiring a house painter in Carter County, Kentucky. You will prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
