Requirements: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners Day to day you will plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time.
