Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble fitter in Washington County, New York. The role involves: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
