Smash repairer wanted in Franklin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Franklin County, Massachusetts. You will work at a commercial fleet workshop. You will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
