Fine-dining server • Enugu North, Enugu State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Enugu North, Enugu State. You will be based in a coffee shop. You will clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
