You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Day to day you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
