Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in City of Norfolk, Virginia. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
