Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Your main tasks: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse Rotating shifts.
