Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Gwinnett County, Georgia. You should have: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Day to day you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; assemble column and beam cages on the bench. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
