Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Warren County, Missouri. You will work on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
