Immediate opening: we are hiring a dispatch packer in City of Charlottesville, Virginia. Day to day you will shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets; operate the filling and sealing machine on the line; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer; record production counts on the shift sheet. What we are looking for: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
