Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Moore County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
