Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Carter County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time with occasional weekends.
