Lifting rigger wanted in Forest County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Forest County, Pennsylvania. On a typical shift you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
