Meat trimmer wanted in Nnewi South

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Nnewi South, Anambra State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
