Your main tasks: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 4+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
