Back-of-house cleaner — Cortland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Cortland County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
