Join our team: we are hiring a production line operative in Humboldt County, California. Day to day you will report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of tools and components • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
