Lift erector • Hand County, South Dakota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift erector in Hand County, South Dakota. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Day-to-day duties: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork 2+ years on the tools preferred.
