Join our team: we are hiring an order picker operator in Sussex County, Virginia. The role involves: • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics What we are looking for: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
