Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in McDonald County, Missouri. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
