Retail butcher — Nangere

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Nangere, Yobe State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
