Marble fitter wanted in Allegany County

Now hiring: we are hiring a marble fitter in Allegany County, New York. The job is on a hotel and villa renovation project. On a typical shift you will lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin. You should have: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Own hand tools an advantage $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
