Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Avery County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. The role involves: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Rotating shifts.
