Wet plasterer wanted in Galveston County

Join our team: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Galveston County, Texas. You will be based in a refurbishment property. Day-to-day duties: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush Ideal candidate: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
