Now hiring: we are hiring a body shop technician in Mubi North, Adamawa State. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
