Now hiring: commercial tyre fitter (Yobe State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Yunusari, Yobe State. You will be based in a commercial truck tyre depot. Day-to-day duties: • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts Ideal candidate: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
